Job Description



Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, reports, and forecasts, providing actionable insights into the company's financial performance and trends. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to align with strategic goals. Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital to ensure efficient financial resource allocation and maintain operational liquidity. Provide financial leadership to cross-functional teams, supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance business performance and drive strategic growth. Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture, enabling them to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in a finance leadership role within large organizations, particularly in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a project-driven or technical environment. knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques
