Job Description

The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our Human Resources Outsourcing company in Amman, Jordan. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in finance and accounting who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Develop and manage the annual budget, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
  3. Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  5. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  6. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate reporting of employee compensation.
  7. Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
  8. Implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  9. Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  10. Train and mentor junior finance staff to build a strong finance team.
