The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our Human Resources Outsourcing company in Amman, Jordan. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate reporting of employee compensation.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
