1.POSITION PURPOSE
Manage and coordinate all aspects of quality assurance activities with various levels of risk and complexity within a variety of scopes across a single site. Confirm requests for quality support from the site and communicate policies and procedures. Proactive liaison with customer for quality assurance across site(s). To maintain and enhance quality, health, and safety objectives through regular auditing of the ISO 9001 systems and facilitate business improvement projects, whilst ensuring that the ISO registration system is maintained.
To ensure that DHL Jordan follows all security network procedures and can guarantee safety of staff and of shipments.
Conduct training needs analysis, establish training plan and execute training plan. Manage and optimize technical and infrastructural facilities management services, including Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, and Occupancy Optimization. Ensure alignment with business strategy, corporate guidelines, and policies. Direct your team and service providers to achieve tactical and operational FM goals effectively.
·PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
·Conduct and arrange an auditing programme within the ISO system for each department to ensure compliance and implementation of ISO practices and procedures.
·Monitor and analyse performance statistics and investigate root cause of service failures, recommending improvements as appropriate to drive continuous service improvement.
·Analyse processes to ensure the removal of non-value-added process steps and processes and identify key areas of the business where process initiatives can enhance quality and performance.Recommend and facilitate projects for improvement.
·Benchmark processes externally and internally as appropriate to ensure that DHL also strives towards achieving best practices.
·Organize and monitor the effectiveness of training in quality, improvement initiatives and quality / business improvement tools to identify areas that can be further enhanced/improved.
·Provide internal auditing of systems and procedures including the Global SOP required audits to ensure that we comply with network standards and procedures.
·Monitor ISO compliance at all locations within Jordan to ensure that we continually maintain the ISO registration.
·Facilitate, support, and promote change and improvement initiatives.
·Suggest and undertake business improvement projects contributing to the reduction in bottom line costs or an improvement in service levels.
·Update corrective action report and maintain Quality Manual. CAR Report must be sent monthly by the timescales given to the regional Quality Manager.
·Draw up and implement a security audit schedule that complies with network standards.
·Ensure that any issues raised from the regional audit report are actioned within a timely manner.
·Ensure that the Ground Operations fleet is managed to network standards at lowest cost and ensuring maximum on road time along with the Fleet Co-Ordinator.
·Complying with ISO accreditation requirements
·Plan, coordinate, and promote all quality activities, with focus on meeting consumer requirements and the outcomes expected within the company plan.
·To lead the development of the local quality strategy, to support and implement the Global strategy
·Identification and coaching of people with potential to grow in the quality function.
