Jordan as an
Energy and Infrastructure Lawyer, where you will have the chance to work with many high-profile public and private sector organizations. Up to five years of post-qualification experience from a reputable legal practice environment, whether private practice or large in-house legal team. Strong technical knowledge and skills with regards to one or more of: + project agreements including construction contracts, concession agreements and O&M agreements;
+ developing and refining regulatory frameworks for evolving utility markets;
+ project finance documentation.
+ implementation of sustainability policies and practices.
Strong client relationship-building capabilities combined with strategic and commercial awareness. Excellent communication, collaboration, self-management, and project management skills. Full bilingual fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. The ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically
. An enthusiastic, flexible and positive approach to work and challenges. Developing negotiation skills. Keenness to continue developing your legal skills and engaging in new areas of work. An aptitude for learning from financial advisory, consulting and engineering professionals that will regularly be engaged alongside EY Law in the delivery of projects. Experience in coaching and developing more junior staff.
