Case in Point Consulting is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of internal projects across diverse service lines. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong consulting background, exceptional project management expertise, and the ability to lead teams and stakeholders effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end internal projects across various service lines, ensuring timely and successful delivery that meets strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage and manage diverse stakeholders to drive alignment, commitment, and collaboration.
  • Market Research and Benchmarking: Conduct research to ensure projects align with leading practices and deliver competitive advantages.
  • Project Execution Support: Contribute to project delivery, especially in Human Capital and Advisory areas.
  • Proposal Development: Develop winning proposals across multiple service lines, adhering to international methodologies and business models.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track project performance, analyze data, and support decision-making.
  • Standardization: Implement and enhance project management tools, templates, and frameworks to standardize processes organization-wide.
  • Portfolio Governance: Oversee portfolio governance, ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives and optimal resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience: 8 to 12 years, preferably in a reputable consulting firm with a strong consulting background.
  • PMO Expertise: Proven expertise in PMO operations, including project planning, execution, and governance.
  • Multi-Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with efficiency.
  • Assertiveness and Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in driving decisions and overcoming challenges.
  • Methodologies and Tools: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Value-Added Skills: Experience in market research, benchmarking, and proposal development is highly desirable.
