Job Description

Job Brief:

The Enterprise Delivery & Post Sales Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of contracted enterprise services and projects, ensuring timely execution in alignment with agreed timelines. This role involves managing the enterprise delivery team, facilitating smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.


Additionally, the candidate will lead the implementation team responsible for network security and ICT services while also managing the post-sales support team handling activation and collections\. A key focus of this role will be driving team development, enhancing skills, and modernizing operational processes through automation and best practices


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Delivery and Implementation Teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with set KPIs.
  • Oversee the End-to-End Project Lifecycle, from task distribution to execution, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders and technology vendors.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Project Performance, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and resource availability while enhancing internal service provisioning processes.
  • Ensure Proper Documentation and Billing, maintaining organized project records, verifying service closure, and ensuring readiness for invoicing.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships, establishing long-term professional partnerships with customers, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate successful delivery and support.
  • Supervise post-sales Support, ensuring timely activations, collections, and resolution of outstanding balances.
  • Optimize Processes and Stock Management, monitoring service-related inventory levels and implementing improvements for efficiency.
  • Perform Other Duties as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and skill development opportunities for team members to enhance performance.
  • Identify potential risks in project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Leadership/Management


  • Manage subordinates’ learning & development requirements and ensure that it is successfully delivered and provide related feedback to the management.
  • Assign roles and workload distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals
  • Conduct formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates in order to optimize workplace productivity
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees.
  • Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process
  • Manage subordinates' administrational requirements
  • Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah’s policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct
  • Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah’s strategy.
  • Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and trusting relationship with them and communicating Umniah values
  • Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options
