We are actively seeking an Engineering Manager who is deeply passionate about people management to lead our team of talented software engineers at Maqsam. This role centers around nurturing and guiding the team, focusing primarily on personal and professional development rather than deep technical engagement.

• People Management: Support and guide software engineers through regular one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews, ensuring their well-being, fostering their growth, and helping them navigate challenges while removing any obstacles that may impact their work.
• Career Development: Develop and monitor growth plans for each team member, in collaboration with Tech Leads, to ensure continuous professional development.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and tech leads to develop and refine processes, thereby improving workflow efficiency within the team and across different units.
• Team Organization: Collaborate with project managers and tech leads to organize and prioritize team tasks effectively, maximizing productivity and minimizing overhead to ensure operational excellence.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Actively participate in the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes to secure top talent and ensure they are set up for success.
