King Hussein Cancer Center is seeking to hire the following vacancy:
Education and Training Academy Coordinator
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assesses and identifies training and educational needs for KHCC staff at different levels, and share in the yearly education and development plan for KHCC staff.
- Participates in evaluating training activities and auditing the learning environment in KHCC in order to identify gaps and needs and formulate action plans when necessary.
- Prepares and maintains educational reports and maintain updated records on training activities.
- Serves as Academic programs admission & registration coordinator.
- Coordinates and organize department related special events.
- Assists in budget preparation and expense related to management activities.
- Prepares meeting agenda, schedule department meetings and appointments and distribute minutes of meeting.
- Assists Academy’s Chairman in preparing and maintaining meeting materials, business presentations and other department files.
- Assists Academy’s Chairman in scheduling conference calls and making travel arrangements.
- Maintains positive working relationships with department staffs and customers.
- Attends staff meetings and ensuring follow-up of all tasks assigned.
- Prepares routine letters, correspondence, memos, documents and plans as requested and route them for signatures
- Reviews outgoing correspondence for proper format, enclosures, grammar, etc.
- Greets visitors to the office and direct visitors to the correct location.
- Maintains electronic filing system of all documents, information, records and indices.
- Designs, updates and documents work flows on the system.
- Attend meetings and work related events outside KHCC, if needed.
Education & Professional Experience/ Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interactive skills
. - Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Excellent command in English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken).
