Job Description:
CACI is seeking an experienced Analyst, ideally with DOMEX, training, customer support, and administrative experience, to conduct a variety of operational support activities to support our DoD client in Charlottesville, VA and at other CONUS and OCONUS locations, as required. Actual work locations determined by the Government, the DOMEX Analyst will work on a rotational basis at an OCONUS location such as Zarqa, Jordan. As an emerging expert and member of an experienced support team working in a fast-paced and agile environment, the DOMEX Analyst helps support the daily operations of DOMEX activities at CONUS and deployed OCONUS (to include hazardous duty and austere condition locations) areas around the world. The DOMEX Analyst briefs varying levels of military and government leadership and personnel on program related matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Consult with customers on operational and technical aspects of the DOMEX program for their respective Area of Responsibilities.
• Coordinate, support and maintain record of Requests for Information (RFI)s.
• Coordinate, prepare, deploy, and serve as lead trainer for workshops held at Combatant Commands (CCMD), IC partners, and Services at CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
• Maintain continuity with partner organizations to ensure data sharing and awareness of DOMEX policies & guidelines.
• Prepare and provide familiarization briefings and assessments to U.S. national and foreign intelligence consumers, the Intelligence Community, DoD, and other US government officials across the intelligence community.
• Apply research and analysis techniques to discover, identify, and report on Collected Exploitable Material (CEM) in response to DOMEX Requests for Information (RFI).
• Support cross-domain data transfer and ingestion into DOMEX systems.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Work with internal and external technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve system hardware, software and communications problems.
• Perform regular file archival and purge, as necessary.
• Create, change, and delete user accounts, per request.
