Job Description

Key Accountabilities:


Digital Strategy Development:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify key digital marketing trends and tools to drive innovation and enhance digital presence.

Campaign Management:


  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Content Management:


  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and compliant content for digital channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to ensure content accuracy and adherence to industry regulations.

Website Management:


  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Work with IT and web development teams to implement website enhancements and new features.

Social Media Management:


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive online community.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Track and analyze website traffic, social media interactions, and other digital metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Budget Management:


  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Negotiate with vendors and partners to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Compliance and Legal:


  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations, including FDA, EMA, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to review and approve content.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and IT, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Communicate digital marketing plans and performance to stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, life science or a related field.
  • A master’s degree is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or similar areas are a plus.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in marketing with at least 3 years’ solid experience in digital project
  • Previous experience in digital agencies within Multinational and Local companies is a plus.
