The Digital & Social Media Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role oversees social media, paid media campaigns, SEO, website content, email marketing, and online reputation management to drive business growth while ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing goals.

responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Manage website content and SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Lead social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage online reputation efforts, ensuring positive brand perception across BBB, Trustpilot, and Google Reviews.
- Supervise influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives, fostering partnerships that drive engagement.
- Analyze digital marketing performance, providing reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure alignment with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Management are a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles, proven experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns, and experience in working with agencies, media partners, and influencers.
- Strong expertise in website content management & SEO to optimize organic traffic.
- Ability to create and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing and automation tools.
- Knowledge of online reputation management (BBB, Trustpilot, Google Reviews).
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and engagement tactics.
- Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Ability to stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Fluency in English & Arabic is required, both written and verbal, for effective communication with the team.
