About the Job
As a Developer Experience Engineer at Aspire, you will be responsible for enhancing the developer experience across our organization by optimizing our development workflows, tools, and environments. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our development processes are efficient, scalable, and enjoyable for our engineers.
What you’ll do- Utilize Terraform to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Work with Java to develop and maintain critical applications and services.
- Implement and manage CI pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
- Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Utilize GitLab for source code management, branching strategies, and collaborative development.
- Apply your DevOps and platform engineering experience to enhance our deployment processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve system reliability and performance.
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer or any related degree
- Experience with frontend or backend development using JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience in Python for scripting, automation, or application development.
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as
defined by ISO / SOC or similar
