- Description:
- Create leaderboards and contests to drive engagement among the revenue teams.
- Collaborate with executive team to define appropriate measurements and reporting processes. This includes performance dashboards and key performance indicators for performance assessment.
- Acquire data from external sources such as State Medical Boards, NPI website, and other sources to extract Psychiatrist and Nurse Practitioner data including licenses and contact information.
- Identify and diagnose any potential data integrity issues and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and solve. Monitor accounts/contacts/deals for missing or inaccurate data and adjusts as needed.
- Conduct monthly audits on customer data.
- Assign incoming leads and monitor to ensure timely follow-up.
- Work on other data accuracy and process improvement projects as needed by the Physicians Liaisons and Account Managers.
- Review revenue performance and provides recommendations to leadership on areas where we can expand or focus for client and physician targets to drive revenue.
- Provide reporting in key focus areas to keep team updated on trends and performance.

- Able to work collaboratively in a close team environment.
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of data analysis experience preferred.
