Description
:
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email, phone, and chat.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions using internal systems.
Compile and deliver media coverage reports to clients based on specific monitoring criteria.
Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services.
Assist clients in understanding media monitoring reports and provide explanations when required.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction with services and resolve any new issues that arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems is a plus.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Previous experience in a customer support or client servicing role
Basic knowledge of media monitoring and reporting is an advantage.
