Job Description:
- Assist customers with booking reservations via phone, email, and chat.
- Modify, cancel, or reschedule reservations as per customer requests.
- Provide accurate information about services, availability, pricing, and policies.
- Handling Customer inquiry daily respond to their calls, chats and escalate if it require to the management.
Required Skills:
French Customer Service
