Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and
creative Custom Cakes Chef specializing in designing and decorating cakes with
sugar paste. The ideal candidate must have a strong artistic vision, excellent
craftsmanship, and extensive experience in working with fondant and other cake
decorating techniques. This role requires innovation, precision, and the
ability to create custom cakes tailored to client requests while maintaining
high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and decorate custom cakes using sugar paste (fondant) with intricate detailing and artistic precision.
- Create unique, high-quality cake designs for various occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and special events.
- Develop new cake decoration techniques and stay updated with the latest trends in cake artistry.
- Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring customization and customer satisfaction.
- Work with other pastry chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth production and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment following food safety regulations.
- Train junior staff on sugar paste techniques and cake decoration best practices.
Requirements- Native Arabic speaker with a good command of English.
