Corporate Standards and Authorization Senior Officer

Main Duties:

• Review and process requests for authorization.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation and information.
• Ensure that all authorizations and approvals comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required information and documentation for approvals.
• Monitor the status of the authorizations granted to RJ Employees.
• Prepare authorizations for job functions requiring such (i.e. CS, ARS and push-back);
• Respond to inquiries and complaints regarding certification and approval activities.
• Liaise with authorities in certification and approvals related activities.
• Organize all activities related to certification and approval functions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all authorizations and approvals.
• Communicate the status of authorization and approval processes with concerned.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on authorization and approval procedures.
• Create, maintain and manage Authorizations QA section filing system.
• Arrange appointments related to certification and approval activities.
• Plan and ensure proper execution of external authorities visits such as IOSA, ISAGO, CARC, EASA, FAA  and other external audits.
• Control a list of contracted and subcontracted service providers to ensure that the approvals held remain valid.
