On a given day, you will:
Conduct thorough reviews of client accounts and transactions to identify potential compliance risks
Analyse complex financial data and patterns to detect suspicious activities
Develop and maintain compliance monitoring systems and controls
Lead investigations into potential regulatory breaches and prepare detailed reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance procedures
Stay current with regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations
Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters
Create and deliver compliance training materials for staff
Utilise AI-powered tools to analyse vast datasets, identify high-risk clients, and prioritise investigations.
Employ AI to automate repetitive tasks such as transaction monitoring, KYC/AML checks, and report generation

We would love to work with you if you:
Hold a degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Have 5+ years of experience in AML compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or related roles within the financial services or investment industry
Possess strong knowledge of international financial regulations and AML requirements
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Have experience with compliance monitoring tools and systems
Are fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Can maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations
Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
