Description: Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies and annual plans, monitor competitors' performance. - Evaluate employees' performance according to human resources policy. - Ensure employees' compliance with policies and procedures. - Select and hire department employees. - Disseminate administrative decisions and updates to commercial department units. - Monitor work schedules and leaves for department heads and subordinate managers. - Build and enhance relationships with business partners (travel agents and hotels). - Review and approve unit supervisors' reports, hold meetings to discuss the reports, and submit them to the Deputy General Manager. - Study suggestions and recommendations from unit supervisors to develop workflow in their units. - Contribute to updating policies and procedures manuals for commercial department operations. - Monitor technological developments in transportation, tourism industry, and call center services. - Build and develop customer base by seeking new clients. - Analyze the market and customer needs, identify new opportunities, and develop new products in collaboration with the marketing and product development department. - Monitor the implementation of contracts and agreements signed with customers in coordination with the legal advisor. - Participate in the pricing committee for leasing equipment, cars, buses etc. Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field. Work Experience: Minimum of 8+ years. Professional Certificates: Courses/programs specialized in sales. Required Languages: Arabic (High Proficiency), English (High Proficiency).
