Job Description


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related fields
  • Min. 15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Nutrition industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
