Job Description



Oversee daily transaction reconciliation of client payments across multiple
channels. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment records and transaction logs.
- Manage payment instructions for deposits via wire transfers, credit cards, and
emerging payment methods.
- Ensure all transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with
regulatory standards.
- Manage payment instructions for withdrawals via wire transfers across MENA
jurisdictions and currencies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the main manager in UAE, providing
updates and addressing any concerns related to client payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and
IT, to enhance payment processes.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new payment systems to
improve operational efficiency.
- Provide input on system functionalities and work with the IT team to ensure
seamless integration.
- Prepare regular reports on payment trends, reconciliation status, and any
issues encountered.
- Analyse payment data to identify areas for improvement and propose
solutions.

Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managerial position in payments, preferably within the
cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of various payment channels and reconciliation processes.
- “Raise-the-bar” mindset to improve current processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; strong ability to work on several
topics at the same time in a challenging environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and regulatory compliance in the crypto
environment is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively
interact with international teams.
