Job Description

Job Summary:


The Client Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient communication solutions. This role involves working closely with sales teams to identify integration opportunities and technical requirements needed to close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong, adaptable personality capable of navigating various market regions and customer requirements.


Main Areas of Responsibility:


1. Solution Design and Implementation:


  • Design and develop scalable communication solutions that meet customer needs, both business and technical
  • Ensure the integration of solutions with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget
  • Evaluate existing solutions and identify missing components, recommending alternatives where necessary

2. Sales Support:


  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process to address customer queries and concerns
  • Create and present solution proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients

3. Technical Expertise:


  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and support in Solution design and in the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for solution architecture.
  • Demonstrated strong acumen in system integrations, particularly with Meta and WhatsApp Business platforms. Proven ability to design, implement, and manage integrations that ensure seamless communication and functionality across various systems.
  • Experience in working closely with Meta implementation teams to proactively identify and resolve integration challenges and roadblocks.
  • Proven ability to creatively identify and develop solutions that meet customer requirements through innovative system workarounds and optimizations.
  • Strong knowledge of other system capabilities and a network of third-party collaborations to recommend and integrate complementary solutions that enhance overall project success and customer satisfaction.

4. Client Engagement:


  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of technical issues
  • Map the customer journey from initial interaction through to closure, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, using insights to drive continuous improvement in our solutions

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with product management and development teams to align solutions with product capabilities and roadmaps.
  • Communicate effectively with the product team to ensure customer feedback and requirements are incorporated into product development.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure solutions are tailored to specific market needs.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify growth opportunities and challenges.

5. Effective Communication and Project Management:


  • Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements, progress updates, and any issues that arise.
  • Proven ability to manage project implementation, coordinate resources, and drive projects to successful completion on time.
