Your Key Responsibilities will look like this:
Prepare the Bread as per Hotel occupancy and functions.
Prepare all Bakery items as per IHC standards.
Set up Breakfast and Buffet displays as per SPPS Standards.
Assist Sous Chef in the performance of his duties.
Ensure daily mise-en-place is ready on time.
Works under the supervision and close guidance of Chef In Charge.
Ensure proving cupboard is in order.
Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment.
