Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Set the monthly sales targets for Sales team in alignment with the company’s sales targets.
- Set a clear sales plan to ensure achieving the monthly sales targets.
- Assure the implementation of the routing system based on proper geographical segmentation.
- Follow-up and solve the daily issues through setting a daily visit plan for clients.
- Improve the service provided to the covered outlets and continuously increasing their number.
- Follow up on team’s daily invoices and their collected cheques in coordination with sales & finance depts.
- Follow-up on returned cheques from clients and assure collection is running smoothly.
- Attend the daily loading procedure to assure their alignment with the sales target trend.
- Prepare and submit the daily, weekly, and monthly reports required by the sales dept.
- Update sales team on competition activities in the market on regular basis.
- Accompany team members on regular market visits to provide guidance on how to improve their performance.
What you’ll need:
- 5 years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
- Excellent customer care and focus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Good English & Computer skills
