Job Description

  • Organizing and sorting export & import cargo documents compliance with cargo manifest & ensuring the registry of all reports in handling system & cargo revenue management.
  • Receiving, reporting & investigating cargo discrepancies and liaising with concerned parties for proper resolving and action and proactively providing all needed updates to the customers on any related issue.
  • Handling Civil, diplomatic, military & courier mail by receiving local and in-transit mail and arranging loading it on all departure flights.
  • Performing all activities pertinent to transit & Amman Warehouse and ensuring a well physical conditions of warehouse and its equipment.
  • Checking all incoming cargo AWBs and manifests and inserting all information of AWB into the computer and contacting cargo owners to inform them about the arrival of their shipments and issue delivery orders.
  • Coordinating and preforming the operational function of transporting air export shipments from Amman to all accessible countries and positioning entails working directly with clients, agents and vendors to provide the highest level of services possible.
  • Controlling and tracing all Dangerous goods & Special shipments, in addition to ensuring that all kind of Dangerous goods and Special shipments out of Amman are being accepted according to IATA rules and regulations.
