Job Description

Title: Business Development Specialist

Duty station: Remotely (from home)

Based in: Jordan

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Follow up on key client actions in a timely and organized manner.
  • Conduct thorough market research to improve the business plans and identify market trends and potential partners.
  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
  • Establishing highly detailed meetings, managing the agreement process, skillfully negotiating terms, and closing deals while ensuring seamless communication.
  • Develop and promote positive relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and long-term engagement.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for partners to align their goals with our company’s objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with partners, understanding their needs and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of partnership pitches, presentations, and partnership proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and marketing to ensure successful implementation of business development.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
  • Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences specific to expand professional network and promote our company's offerings.

Skills

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal skills), with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to identify potential partners and market insights.
  • Strong knowledge of new technologies that are related to the business field.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Analytical Skills and the ability to use data to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service Skills to provide timely and effective support to clients.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
