erad is on a mission to grow the digital economy of the Middle East. We provide working capital financing to retailers and online businesses, within 48 hours. We underwrite these businesses by accessing their accounting, sales, payments, and marketing data. Our data-driven approach enables online businesses streamline their source of capital, while focusing on growing their business.
As a Business Development Analyst, you will work closely with the wider team to source clients and grow top-line revenue. You will be responsible for identifying online businesses and help them secure growth capital from erad. This includes generating leads, reaching out and taking them through the process of securing capital through erad. You should be comfortable with different outbound strategies, pitching at in-person events and online.

💻 Your responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle end to end, from identifying the lead, qualifying them and closing the sale
- Conduct outbound sales efforts across multiple communication mediums (E.g., cold calling and email sequences)
- Manage a sales pipeline and ensure sales targets are met
- Contribute to the iteration and refinement of the sales process
- Communicate customer feedback and issues to the product team

- A background in e-commerce or technology is preferred
