Strategic Pipeline development & maintenance to build on Hikma leadership on MENA level for assigned therapy areas through:


  • Global treatment guidelines review & identifying GAPs in MENA
  • Global pipeline review & close monitoring for game changers
  • Current Portfolio GAP analysis per market vs Hikma Global portfolio
  • Strategic partners’ development: Global, Regional & local KOLs, Health & tender authorities

Managing strategic projects on MENA level.


Business Plan Creation and Maintenance for the assigned therapy areas on MENA Level.


Leading a highly diverse matrix team to ensure products' launches as first to market or first Gx:


  • Central & local marketing teams
  • Business development & Strategic Alliance management
  • Portfolio management, IP, API, R&D, & PMO Market access teams
  • Regulatory team to Prioritize Registration plan on MENA Level
  • Operations & Supply chain

Develops therapy area strategy in line with the functional strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing Matrix departmental strategies.


Ensure that therapy area strategies developed & implemented are aligned with the vision and mission of the corporate.


Skills
 


  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and marketing.
  • At least 3 years of marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
  • Strong project management, analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Portfolio management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the MENA regions healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Experience in the Autoimmune and Rare diseases is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates capacity to acquire scientific information. Proven history of seeking out new information and learning quickly - agility to absorb new concepts.
  • Experience of working with KOLs and experts in their field.
  • Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams, effectively communicating and influencing decisions with senior management.
  • Broad and in-depth understanding of local and regional issues relative to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to create energy and excitement.
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
