Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Data Entry.
  • Creating Proposal Templates.
  • Coordinate all STS bid activities across solutions and countries
  • Coordinate all STS Client qualification requirements for bid participation
  • Coordinate all Proposals development from all STS solutions and products.
  • Coordinate Maintenance and updating STS proposal document template.
  • Coordinate communications between clients and STS for Bid related issues (Email – Fax)
  • Prepare, print, package, label, deliver and follow up to assure compliance and on time submission of all STS bids.
  • Coordinate critical dates, deadlines, timeline, and related issues to all bids, in addition to follow up on Action Plan.
  • Supporting Bidding/Contract/Legal teams.
  • Bidding Portals Administration.
  • Supporting bidding activities.
