• Keeping up to date with all approved AV systems and technologies, from in-room setups to conference and event AV needs.
• Safeguarding the hotel’s AV infrastructure, ensuring it is protected against cyber threats, and maintaining high standards of security for all digital assets.
• Install, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment including microphones, projectors, screens, lighting, and sound systems for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Coordinate the logistics of setting up and testing AV equipment prior to events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Advise clients on AV equipment and setup needs based on event requirements.
