Assocaite Quality Engineer

We are looking for an Associate Quality Engineer at Optimiza to contribute to our software quality assurance efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Conduct manual testing across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to report issues and track defects using issue tracking systems.
• Participate in regression testing and provide feedback on software quality.
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation related to testing procedures and results.
• Learn and implement testing best practices within the development lifecycle.
• Engage in continuous learning of testing tools and methodologies, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
