JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing all reservations via phone, email, online booking platforms, and third-party agents.
- Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into the system, following company policies and procedures.
- Handle special requests, VIP bookings, and group reservations with attention to detail.
- Monitor room availability and overbooking situations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Work closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to coordinate bookings and guest requirements.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online travel agents.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Support Sales & Marketing department to update packages and fact sheets.
- Ensure all reservations are compliant with hotel policies, including payment and cancellation terms.

- Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance the reservation process, optimize pricing strategies, and improve guest booking experiences.

- Networking with peers, industry leaders, and professionals in the reservation field, participating in community events, conferences, associations, and organizations to build connections, share knowledge, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to attract new guests.
LEADING THE WAY
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent teamwork skills.
- Promote Kerten Hospitality's values and culture both internally and externally.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Reservation Manager.
- Proficiency in Opera 5/Cloud system and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
