Job Description
The Aluminum/Façade Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, and technical documentation of aluminum and façade systems within an engineering office environment. The role involves detailed engineering work and coordination with other engineering disciplines to ensure that all Aluminum/façade elements meet the required standards. Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) is highly preferred to facilitate effective project coordination and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and engineer detailed designs for aluminum and façade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and other architectural components.
- Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration and alignment of façade systems with overall project goals.
- Provide technical input during project meetings and collaborate on solving engineering challenges related to façade design.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, standards, and client requirements.
Conduct design reviews and ensure that all engineering work adheres to company standards and project specifications.
- Identify potential design risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aluminum/façade engineering within an office environment.
- Strong background in façade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and related engineering elements.
