A leading engineering consultancy firm in Riyadh - KSA is currently seeking candidate to work in its main office in Riyadh as an Accountant

Job Requirements Summary

• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Manage monthly payroll.
• Prepare all required financial reports.
• Reconcile accounts receivable & payable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Performs other financial duties as assigned.
• Verifying and calculating all purchasing invoices and submitting payables at suppliers’ accounts after checking their accuracy and conducting fixed assets verification
• Conducting follow up on the daily cash flows and checking that they are correct and ensuring that every entry has been entered correctly
• Following up on receiving all receivables on daily basis and reconciling against bank deposits
• Analyzing payroll account on monthly basis and making sure that cash are submitted at employees’ bank accounts
• Supporting the weekly and monthly financial closing activities and ensuring deadlines are met with compliance to all statutory requirements
• Identifying, reporting, testing, resolving and implementing system problems, enhancements, and upgrades
