Workshop Maintenance Supervisor
Sector: Oil & Gas Services
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the workshop maintenance team.
Assign tasks and ensure that maintenance activities are completed on time and to standard.
Ensure that all workshop tools, equipment, and machinery are well-maintained and in good working order.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to workshop staff.
Monitor adherence to safety and maintenance procedures within the workshop.
Manage workshop inventory, including tools, parts, and materials.
Prepare and maintain reports on maintenance activities and resource usage.
Requirements:
Diploma or technician certificate. Minimum six years of previous experience in the same field. Significant experience in maintenance roles within the industry.
Language Skills: Kurdish, Arabic, English.
Working Conditions:
(5) Days per week & (8) hours per day (Starting from 8 am till 4 pm).
