Sama Al-Fayhaa is looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Management Supervisor to oversee our talent management initiatives. This role is critical in helping to identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, specifically in talent management, and possess exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with the company’s goals to attract and retain top talent.
- Supervise the talent acquisition process, ensuring that candidate selection aligns with organizational culture and values.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
- Manage performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Identify skill gaps within the organization and design development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess talent needs and future workforce planning.
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement and retention metrics to improve talent management initiatives.
- Lead initiatives related to employee development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and employees on talent management topics.
