Job Description

Responsible for managing recruitment activities and the operational side of HR, including attracting new talent and ensuring alignment with company needs. Provides essential support to the HR team in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational goals


Roles:


  • Supervise and lead the HR team to ensure efficient completion of daily tasks and a collaborative work environment
  • Oversee and manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Manage salary changes, adjustments, promotions, and HR system updates
  • Administer the resignation process, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation
  • Oversee the implementation of bonus and incentive programs to motivate employees
  • Manage employee reward programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and budget
  • Administer and check the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operations
  • Resolve employee relations issues, foster a positive work environment, and promote employee engagement
  • Handle and prioritize requests from executive management regarding HR-related matters
  • Review and update salary scales to ensure competitiveness in the market and fairness within the organization
  • Conduct monthly salary reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Review, approve, and track recruitment requests, ensuring alignment with company needs and strategic goals
  • Oversee the recruitment team, ensuring effective strategies are in place; approve job offers and proposed salaries for new hires, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget
  • Manage the performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes to ensure fair and timely reviews
  • Approve business trip requests in line with company policies and budget
  • Review and approve internal process requests through the company’s process system
  • Review new hire salary proposals and job offers, ensuring alignment with company standards and budget
  • Supervise and monitor all team tasks, ensuring deadlines and performance objectives are met
  • Prepare and issue HR internal letters, including warning letters, appreciation letters, and official communications
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring a seamless experience
