Assist the Area Manager in achieving maximum sales and margin by controlling shrinkage/operating costs.

Make sure that the internal food safety requirements are applied based on the local regulatory and statutory bodies, and on international standards.
Make sure that the Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygienic Practices adopted in the internal food safety system are followed.
Make sure that the necessary documents and records related to food safety are filled in.
Shall have the responsibility to report problems related to food safety to Superior.
Shall cooperate with internal and external food safety auditors, and follow instructions given to close the findings and ensure improvement.
Report all available and pending overstocks to the concerned parties.
Report all wrong inventories identified by operation team to the concerned parties.
Closely monitor and check all orders and store to store transfers.
Ensure that all returnable items are properly prepared and stored as per procedure.
Ensure that all SELs are properly displayed and placed respectively to their corresponding items.
Ensure that prices are properly reflected on the tills.
Make sure that all the store is ready, and merchandise is secured for the perpetual inventory count.
Conduct regular spot-checks on the merchandising of the products and make sure that the guidelines sent are followed.
