  • Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Stock Counts: The Stock Auditor will conduct daily audits of specific sub-categories of products to maintain accurate inventory records.
  2. Discrepancy Checks: They will identify and investigate any abnormal changes in stock levels on a daily basis.
  3. Waste and Abnormal Stocking Monitoring: The auditor will monitor and report unusual stocking patterns and waste, taking necessary actions promptly.
  4. Storage Condition Oversight: Preventive checks on storage conditions will be performed to ensure product quality and prevent spoilage.
  5. Reporting: Any unusual findings or discrepancies will be reported directly to the operations team through Slack channels.
  6. Deep Dive Analysis: The auditor will conduct thorough investigations into stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  7. Data Management: Accurate records of stock counts, discrepancies, and corrective actions will be maintained in Excel and other inventory management systems.
  • Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in stock auditing, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Good analytical and data-driven mindset.
  3. Know excel and general computer literacy.
  4. Communication skills in English, both written and verbal is a plus.
  5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  8. High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
