Job Description

Role Summary


As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing head, regional marketing, and brand teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that support talabat growth in Iraq. You will lead and execute campaigns, ensure their alignment with business objectives, and focus on delivering measurable results. The role also involves managing QC-related trade marketing activities, overseeing procurement processes, and facilitating coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.


What's On Your Plate?


Marketing Campaigns:
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Brand teams to design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at achieving growth targets.
Facilitate campaign requirements with local sales teams, ensuring content, offers, and other details are clearly communicated.
Supervise on-ground activations, including the preparation of marketing materials and oversight of promoters to ensure optimal brand exposure.
Analyze ROI and campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine strategies and tactics for future campaigns.
Focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and increased order frequency through all marketing activities.



Trade Marketing (QC):
Develop the annual trade plan for tMart, aligning timelines with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
Manage monthly targets and implement activities to meet objectives.
Lead all QC-related campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
Coordinate with creative and brand teams to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.



Partnerships Campaigns:
Develop and execute co-branded campaigns with key partners to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with external partners to align campaign objectives, ensuring mutual benefits and measurable outcomes.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of partnership campaigns, including creative development, offer structuring, and performance tracking.



Procurement & Financial Coordination:
Manage purchase requests, invoices, and vendor quotations, ensuring proper recording and timely payments in collaboration with the Finance Department.
Monitor vendor pricing and proposals to maintain cost efficiency and quality.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience in procurement processes, including vendor management and cost control.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required, Kurdish is a plus.
