Job Description

  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • ● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on autism
  • and delayed speech development.
  • ● Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with patients and track their progress.
  • ● Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
  • consistent support for patients.
  • ● Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
  • ● Educate families and caregivers on speech and communication strategies.
  • ● Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy

Skills

  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech therapy, with a focus on autism and delayed
  • speech development.
  • ● A Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy or related field is required.
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • ● Knowledge of current therapy practices and techniques for speech disorders.
