Coordinate and Liaise: Act as the primary point of contact between the client, the supervision team, and subcontractors. Coordinate activities, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth collaboration amongclient and related party involved in the project.
Assistance with Project manager for project management and maintance the relationship with the related stakeholder in the project.
Contract Management: Track and monitor all contractual issues, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Maintain an overview of potential risks to the project's financial and time objectives, providing necessary instructions on claims from a contractual perspective. Establish and maintain a comprehensive record of all instructions and notices issued under the contract.
Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in hospital construction, rehabilitation/reconstruction, and supervision of hospital projects to provide technical guidance and support. Solve problems related to the application of contract and legal rules, assess the impact of variations on cost and time, and draft necessary submissions and certificates.
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
PMP Certification is preferred
Minimum 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years as a team leader, or in an equivalent capacity
Proven experience in managing hospital project or housing projects is a key requirement
Strong contract management skills, including tracking, monitoring, and resolving contractual issues.
Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining relationships with clients and government department, familiar with local laws and regulations
Solid knowledge of construction
Ability to manage technical and administrative aspects of the project effectively.
