Job Description
Sensia is seeking a dynamic and skilled
Service Delivery Engineer to join our Digital Solutions division in
Iraq.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable products, solutions, and services to our customers across various locations in Iraq, including Baghdad, Basra, and the Kurdistan region.
You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, collaborating closely with operations teams, and contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits to support customers and explore new business opportunities. Execute projects throughout Iraq, including the Kurdistan region, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Perform regular customer visits to provide support as part of the maintenance contracts for Avocet, OFM, and Avalon technologies. Promote and identify opportunities for new business within existing and prospective accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
The Individual
Bachelor’s degree in IT, petroleum engineering, computer science, electronics, or related field. Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English. Strong IT skills, particularly in databases, real-time systems, and data handling is an advantage. Knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct technical assessments, promote solutions, and provide high-quality client support.
