Job Description



Responsible for managing all corporate accounts with balances exceeding 5 billion IQD, and overseeing all transfer requests from these companies. Focus on sales retention by ensuring that the portfolio does not diminish through increased engagement with corporate clients and their decision-makers. Conduct data analysis and manage system operations. Collaborate with the marketing team for events, anniversary gifts, and campaigns. Manage a team consisting of 4 Relationship Managers (RMs) and Relationship Officers (ROs). Work with other departments to align with the bank’s vision and meet client expectations. Distribute and manage the portfolio among team members. Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, ensuring timely responses to emails and phone calls. Enhance service delivery by establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with other departments. Bridge the gap between consumer and corporate banking, facilitating crossselling opportunities for the selected team to achieve targets in the retail department, specifically for CASA and Term Deposits (TDs). Follow up with the auction department and activate the fast track process.

Qualifications



5 years of experience. Should be at grade M1. Should have been hired over a year ago in the bank.
