Senior Product Officer

The Senior Product Officer will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive continuous product optimization. This role involves creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), conducting strategic planning based on market research, and analyzing product performance metrics. The Senior Product Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide user testing, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Lead and manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch, planning, and continuous optimization.
• Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensuring detailed communication of product requirements and facilitating alignment among stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive strategic planning for new products and features, utilizing in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to inform product roadmaps.
• Oversee the development of Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and other technical documentation, ensuring alignment with the BRD and overall business strategy.
• Lead user testing efforts to validate product designs, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of product performance metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
• Plan and execute proof-of-concept initiatives to test new features and enhancements, guiding successful implementation and scaling efforts.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/Product Design, and development teams to ensure that product development aligns with business goals and timelines.
• Provide leadership in long-term product planning, including creating and managing product roadmaps that prioritize key features and initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the product development process, maintaining up-to-date records of all product changes, enhancements, and analysis.
