Job Description

  • Applying and following the client contractual QHSE obligations, PSGS’s QHSE policy and procedures.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the ISO Management Documentation System and standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, & ISO 45000.
  • Ensuring to maintain healthy relationship with client, Community, employees and government entities.
  • Negotiating with employees and on behalf of the management on critical situations.
  • Collecting internal information of client activities, employee movements & activities, if any suspicious to report to line manager and management.
  • Frequently visit operational sites, meets employees to develop positive work culture with Local & international employees
  • Meets employees one to one if any grievance, clears employees doubts on spot, if possible, collects valid concerns and convey to departmental heads to resolve issues.
  • Be as a bridge between employees, company/management
  • Maintains healthy relationship with all employees with company.
  • Support LN HR recruitment officer on mobilization, periodically in recruitment process
  • Liaising with and answering enquiries from individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email
  • Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives.
  • Ensuring appropriate labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained
  • Maintaining records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work
  • Providing training sessions for all local staff to improve and develop their Skills
  • Involve and initiate CSR programs coordinating with Management and local communities
  • Handling government relations in appropriate way to avoid possible damages.
