Senior Civil Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Gain extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry within the civil discipline. Deliver the technical tasks and monitor the progress of the external service providers in the delivery of engineering deliverables and materials to the site. Support and assist the civil works on site. The scope comprises all Civil engineering tasks at PF1, and PF2, existing and new Well pads, Roads, and Flowline installation such as Production of design deliverables, Estimation of BoQ, Estimation of Capex for civil works, monitoring of the execution of the Work at Site, and Arranging site surveys.
Requirements:
BSc in Civil Engineering 10+ years of experience in the Civil Engineering field in industry, though not necessarily in the Oil & Gas sector as training will be given in applying appropriate Civil Engineering methods.
Understanding of Civil Engineering Theories and practical application of these. Basic understanding of Structural Modelling., Reinforced Concrete. and Structural Steel. Geotechnical Engineering.
Drainage Engineering.
Knowledge of AutoCAD drafting software.
Strong understanding of site construction practices.
Experience working in petrochemical installations will be a benefit.
Knowledge of pipeline/flowline construction will be a benefit.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
A team player capable of working within a team with personnel from many diverse backgrounds.
A willingness and ability to develop his/her own skill set by on-the-job training.
Self-starter with a strong desire to deliver superior results.
Good presentation, communication, and writing skills.
Logical thinking and analytical skills.
