  • Description: For Arabic spkears only , the preferred candidate should have experience with a reputable FMCG company , priority is for candidates who have experience in the Iraqi market. Duties and responsibilities of an FMCG Sales Manager may include:
    • Developing and implementing sales plans: Develop sales plans and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes setting sales targets, developing marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Managing a sales team: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them meet their targets.
    • Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff.
    • Building and maintaining client relationships: build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
    • Identify new potential clients and develop strategies to win their business.
    • Analyzing sales data: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
    • Monitoring sales performance, tracking market trends, and conducting market research.
    • Managing budgets: Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that they are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve sales targets.
    • Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Developing and implementing sales training programs: Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of sales staff.
    • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress towards sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics.
    • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
    • Conducting sales presentations and negotiations with key customers.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
    • Creating sales reports and presenting them to senior management, highlighting sales trends, opportunities, and challenges in the assigned territory.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
    • Prior sales experience, preferably in a similar industry minimum 10 years, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create effective sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
    • Ability to travel frequently to different locations within the assigned territory.
    Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
    • Good negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts with customers and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
