We are looking for a RTM Executive to be a part of our Sales team located in Istanbul, Türkiye
Main Responsibilities
Establish yearly RTM Time Plan according to market needs with prior period frequency and to coordinate this plan with SM & ASM Create Preseller & MIT routes using related Digital Technology program, review the created routes during the year and make necessary & routine updates (in accordance with Segmentation, Channel and Sub channel specifications) Control customer & route data by taking regular reports, coordinate these controls with the sales team, supervise related staff to correct the updated data and control the correction periodically. Ensure sales force productivity by regularly reviewing existing Preseller / MIT routes Ensure that new customer description is routed correctly, monitor & correct detection of GPS coordinates. Establish the technological infrastructure required by MIT teams, determine the hardware requirements and execution of these processes coordinated with DT. Analyze Preseller & MIT & Sales Supervisor SFE & RED reports to guide the sales team to generate preventive actions for sales force ineffectiveness Plan& create distribution routes, guide the related staff for the installation of digital technology program and provide training support to A type distributors, Make RTM analyzes for annual business plans and share them with related departments. Monitor processes for Distributor and third-party Merchandising Teams and ensure Budget control Planning, supporting, analyzing EOS activities. Keep CCI and Distributor sales team informed about RTM processes and Data management. Track the sales team in the responsible area and ensure that the newcomers are informed about RTM processes.
