QHSE Manager (192) 

We are looking for a QHSE Manager with the following details :

Work Location : Basra, Iraq ( site based )

Work Status : Rotation, 4 weeks ON – 4 weeks OFF ( 7 days a week )

Start date: December 2024

Duration: 1 year, renewable

Qualifications/Experience required : 

• We are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager in onshore Greenfield and brownfield project with a very good knowledge of General Specifications, rules, procedures and International Codes and Standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, or construction field. Specialized in Welding, NDT and/or Testing is a plus.
• 15 years of experience in the oil industry, with significant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE management. Management skills.
• Previous experience as QHSE Manager, You have proven knowledge of Change Management.
• Your skills in communication, team leading & and motivation have been appreciated in previous positions.
• Good working knowledge of TotalEnergies Specifications and the Oil & Gas good practice is a plus.
• Spirit of analysis, rigor, organization, initiative, pragmatism.
• Team player with ability to work collaboratively across complex project teams and interface between interdisciplinary departments and within an international team.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
• Professional Experience (number of years): 15 – 20

Goals

• The QHSE Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper application of quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) standards within the organization.
• This manager must ensure that the company's QHSE policy is followed and implement the necessary measures to ensure the proper functioning of activities and services.
• The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing and implementing procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality of products in accordance with the company's standards, Quality monitoring activities for several construction contracts, including planning of surveillance, and implementation by Contractors of Quality control plans (ITP: Inspection Test Plan), monitoring of all Quality control and surveillance activities.
